Hi,
I would not care to give a concrete guess at growth
but I do think the future looks reasonably bright for
NET. That is mainly dependent on how their new ATM products
sell.
A recent report from one firm of analysts (forget the name
but check the 'Recent news' link) estimates 7% compound
growth for T1/T3 multiplexers well into the next century.
NWK has a strong presence in that market. If the ATM products
are technically and price competitive with the leaders then
NWK can easily reach 15-20 growth. They have a huge embedded
customer base and the ATM module for the IDNX will allow
them to farm this base just as they have done with the
frame relay products cf. recent France Post office deal.

NET have been late in announcing the ATM products and I believe
this has been a major reason for the depth of the fall and the
slowness of the recovery.
I think you will see the 33 dollars that you paid but I think it
will take a while in coming as the ATM products dont ship
until Q3. So my guess if for the share to consolidate in the low
twenties for the next couple of quarters and to reach 30 - 35
by next year. I hope I am being too conservative.
Cheers
Brian
