NASDAQ REQUIRES $1.00 PER SHARE FOR SMALL CAP NASDAQ, AND THIS COMPANY IS A REPORTING COMPANY. OTBB does not require share price to stay on the BB the new rule. Just to be reporting company with the new rule. And EDII is a reporting company. So there will be no pink sheets for this company, but there will be Nasdaq small cap, and $1.00 per share, without I said without a reverse split, and that is a guaranty from the company.
