(ATML), The Intranet switching company headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif., today announced the formation of an OEM alliance to integrate TNCX's super fast, Cheetah(R) digital video/audio on-demand servers into ATML's new line of VIRATAstore video servers for resale worldwide. TNCX received an initial $2.5 million order for 200 servers to be delivered this year. TNCX estimates that this alliance will result in orders of $11 million for up to 800 new servers to be delivered over the next 18 months primarily for education applications.
