Effective, Feb. 10, 1999, the company has cancelled 50,000 director stock options at 22 cents and has granted and applied for 525,000 director/employee incentive stock options exercisable for two years at 15 cents per share.

any company that cancels and reissues options watch out for the SCAMOLA, pump me and dump me out.
