All: Ian made it very clear that this meeting was not an interview
for the internet but a meeting between the company and a shareholder
group. They are concerned about this internet use for two reasons.

1. If the SEC finds the company is improperly diseminating information
or the information is on opinions, serious consequences could result to
NP and directly affect the stockholders.

2. The due diligence we do here tends to be magnified and is impacting
the companies NP does business with. As an example, we were trying to
get more details on one property. Many people called/emailed our partner
looking for information and confirmation. Our partner called the group
that got us into the deal and were worried about these calls. The group
that got us into the deal calls NP and complains to NP about the calls.
This could impact furture deals with that group.

The internet is a very powerful resource for DD and sharing information
yet I don't believe anyone yet quite knows how to deal with it.
