I agree. Most of the quick-buck stock holders have left this stock. This year should be a growth year for LRL. They already have signed NV homes which is pretty big and well known in the Washington D.C. area. Ryan Homes should be using their IBS 2000 system sometime in the coming months(I think is is a given, since NV is their parent company). As the building market will slow eventually, I expect LRL to get more attention from other builders who have been sitting on the fence (Pulte, Centex, ...). They may even start to consider it again in preparation to any slow down in the building sector.
