Len: CNBC - Yes, and it is an extremely effective strategy. We as traders thrive off of hype, rumor and expectation. The company's fundamentals don't mean a darned thing when trading with this goal in mind.

With this in mind, to be an effective trader, it is of utmost importance to get the information faster than the general public... for it is they who make us our money. If we are able to trade based on information that has not yet made the rounds, and have established positions BEFORE CNBC has had a chance to digest and deliver the information, we can be assured a certain level of trading success.

CNBC is no more than a information delivery conduit, whether the information is true, false or misleading. We need them as they reach more households quickly than any other source. Just the mere mention of one of our position can send the issue up double digits. Take a look at ENMD.

Many may not buy their stories or their delivery methods, but without them .... many, many opportunities are lost.
