Not to butt in but the use of FDA APPROVAL is not appropriate for this stage. What the CEO was stating is that they are getting ready to move the compound into Phase III testing. Only AFTER Phase III will IMCL submit to the FDA a NDA(New Drug Application) and only then will the FDA move to approve or disallow the drug. The FDA isn't currently considering an APPROVAL for IMCL. I apologize for interjecting, but hope this clears the misconception about the use of FDA APPROVAL. Trust Me! If IMCL had an approval from the FDA, they would be shouting from the roof tops the GOOD news.(:>)
