I have not been to a PBY store for a long time, as there are none nearby. You might check Post #49, as it looks like evan has some recent experience.

I agree with your last statements. IMO, I think that products such as antifreeze, oil, etc. are loss leaders. Where AZO will succeed or fail will be how it can differentiate itself with respect to service.
