Bill: The only question I asked was if there was going to be options set for the new board members. I was told by Mr Cavan that he did not think so. He did mention however that the new 8M funding they are seeking may be done by debt financing rather than by further share dilution. Having slept on this one another night I still see major indicators of a resurrected deal with a lot of potential. Although Mr Cavan is no longer on the board ( retired he tells me ) he obviously is still enthusiastic and working for the Company. The institutions picked up the shares on this one the first time around and dumped them in their ussual herd mentality frenzy, so the Company has never developed much of a stock promotion dept. I asked for an Investors package and he said he would find one for me. He also said they are quite proud of their state of the art kitchen on premises and would gladly give a tour to anyone who asks. Does anyone following this thread live near Toronto and perhaps take him up on the offer and report back? All the best Don Plant
