You're right, it should be interesting. Yes, theoretically, the two should enhance each other. Realistically, however, all they will do now is help minimize each other's losses. There is little a merger can do when each company's number one customer has stopped receiving shipments of their primary product.

Like I said in my last post, I sold my position because I did not read anything positive into the merger details that they sent me. They warned very strongly about sales over both the short and medium term and didn't really propose any solutions to remedy the problem. In hindsight, I wish I had held out until now; I could have picked up some extra cash. But, I don't think this stock will be much fun to own over the next 6 months to a year. I hope for all current stockholders that I am wrong.
