One other point regarding the internet. We sometimes forget who reads
these posts. NP is fully aware of what is said here. NP's partners
also read these posts. NP's potential partners read these post which
can drive up the price of a deal. Most importantly, NP's competitors, who are
fighting for the same property also read these posts.

I, for one, was a bit niave on that point in thinking we were having
a somewhat private chat amongst investors/potential investors.
