Yes on the percent of 10 may or may not come shortly. When it does it will be short term in nature. Yes sentiment is important. It is interesting to note that sentiment was about 38-40% at the December low in 1994 and is now in the 60's. It actually rose last week. Most people focus on the Dow Jones. The average stock is getting killed right now. Some pundits on Wall Street focus on where the Dow JOnes is but that's a cop out. Brokers and Investors have to live in the real world where their monthly statements come in lower than they were the month before. If the Dow Jones rose 300 points from here they would be crowing how they were dead on it while their clients they advise are underwater and tne A/D line collapses. Funny thing isn't it. My life is spent in the real world. Watch the indicators and shift when they shift. Tom
