Frederick, That company is UPGD. Buyer beware. This thing came down from a bucket shop and I watched that thing roll from the initial recommendation at .48 to 5.625. It made me sick but I was terrified of it when it ran from .48 to 1.5 in like one day. I also understand that this thing can be difficult to get out of at times. Everyone please exercise due diligence. I have not invested in this stock yet due to its rocket ship volatility. I have a feeling if I do invest in it I will probably catch it going the wrong way. If anyone has additional info on the company then please let me know. Thanks, David O'Berry doberry@mindspring.com PS. I just found an SI thread with this stock featured. Looks potentailly legit but it could be a big farce for all I know.
