There will be no reverse split! Everyone here needs to remember that anyone whoever did work for ADGI was paid in shares. They are all waiting for this thing to run to .50 cents so they can cash out with a big fat stack of money. A RS at these levels is a lose/lose situation and I think some people here have informed the good Dr. about this. Good luck to all, Bob
