I don't agree with your analysis. The reason the 1000 units was all that was reported is this is all BNEZ management is relatively certain has sold. It shows the integrity of this management team. Remember BNEZ is not paid for 180 days after a purchase order is issued. Up until they are paid the retailer has the right to return the merchandise to Ingram and receive their refund. Ingram can then pass the software back to BNEZ and receive a refund of their money, so there is in effect no sale. This occurs of course if the software is not selling. These initial orders are only working their way into inventory. They've been in Staples for about 3 weeks and CompUSA for 6 or 7 weeks so they have a ways to go until they can actually get a grip on the success or failure of this software. By the way there is no CompUSA advertisement in my paper which mentions PMA. Maybe next week.
