Yes probably out of his control. Long rates are out of his control and the market will dictate that. Brizil will probably go the way of Russia and China will be on the verge of devaluing and probably will. China devaluing in the beginning is what started the whole Asian thing. At anyrate it is best to leave the deep thinking ot the indicators as they see far more than we do. Tom
