Tim, Phil, and the other legals out there, correct me if I am wrong.

The contract being refered to was nullified by the underlying agreement PRd. Any compensation agreements origionally made are also nullified. Any compensation to be paid Piercy should be outlined in the PRd agreement and no reference was made except that we keep the card as payment for expenses already incurred.

TSIG will no longer have any connection to Compact Connection as the name change indicates. All references to Piercy and Compact Connection are being erased as rapidly as possible.

I see RG again in 2-4 weeks and will directly ask the Piercy question regardless of what is determined or found out here.
