I feel pretty stupid not knowing 2/4 was the cut off day. Where did you get that information?

Does any one know if the letter of intent was allowed to expire altogether, or if extension was obtained? If the latter, does not sound like there is any deal on the table at all right now, which would seem to suggest a press release to that effect would have been in order.

With this new information, I am very surprised now by the complete lack of information from this company, and disturbed.
