Drakes - Garvin is correct. According to Greg the reason for the delay is that they are waiting on some form from the SEC relating to that last $1M offering and the SEC is backed up due to their new requirements of everyone including some "common english" in all their filings. Greg couldn't stretch the truth if he tried. He's a highly religious person - it even took him a long time to learn the term "no comment". It's their right to report when they want to or to file for an extension if necessary. While we're not expecting any real changes in the 10-Q I have a feeling some people are going to try to turn it into an event that happened at a garage in Chicago all over again: prairieghosts.com
