For the last six months it has traded between .25 and .75 (before its recent rise the last couple of days)on very low volume. Its recent rise was also on low volume but there was a block trade of 75 million at 1 5/8 after the bell on Friday. This doubles the volume for Friday. You can go to E-trade and check out the chart for yourself. You do not need to be a customer of E-trade to research stocks on their site.
