IMO the biggest problems could still lie ahead. My guess is that there is a lot of internal tension. Many who were sold on JT's vision have seen it crumble before there eyes. The internal strife compounded by defending the many lawsuits that confront ABTX at this time will reek havoc. Depositions, document requests, etc. etc. combined with the integration of the new businesses will be a tough road. Then there is the cash squeeze and the potential dilution problem, yow! My thought was that JT might have punted and tried to get any offer, $15, anything above $10 that would give him some cash and get strong to save his stock from a margin call. Well it is too late now and I think that JT is a very stubborn man with something to prove. He will get to work and try to sustain and integrate the company. The only problem is, little cash? Good luck everyone.
