Daniel ... regarding NDB. You have misunderstood what you were told.

There is a 1 cent per share charge for purchases over 5000 shares of all "listed" stocks. OTC stocks do not qualify so you can buy as many shares as you want in a given day for the one time flat fee of either 14.75 or 19.75 depending on market or limit order. Insofar as MPTV .. if you buy 25,000 shares at market it will cost you 14.75 total in commissions in one day. I have NDB and have bought other penny stocks (bought 30,000 shares of TSIS the other week and paid a commission of 19.75 because it was a limit order).

It does get confusing ... most brokerages charge one cent a share over 5,000 for any stock, listed or not listed. Some charge 1 cent for all shares under $1 (like Discover Brokerage). NDB differentiates and only charges on listed securities. Big difference in the pocketbook.
