I just see the bar being lowered as the Republican Impeachment legacy along with the Republican abuse of the legal system; Ken Starr, etc. The special counsel will be gone in a few months and that will be about that for anything like this happening again. You can be sure of one thing; had you not had Ken Starr on an endless search for anything on this President, and Paula Jones with her non-case; nobody would have ever heard about Monica Lewinsky and all would be fine and dandy. Clinton would be currently one of the most popular and power Presidents in the history of the country. Instead; he is just average in power and popularity; he certainly remains popular. I wish he could run for a 3rd term; he'd win easily.
