ITOY) announced that Gene Lipkin, former president and developer of Warner Communications coin operated video game
division, ATARI, has joined the team of Imagin.Net as vice-president of Business Development and Marketing. The company is
encouraged by Lipkin's past track record with start-ups, mostly with a core group of people from ATARI, Nolan Bushnell being the
leader. Lipkin has participated in the interactive industry for 25 years. Over this period he has held senior executive positions with
