I'm flattered at the high praise from Herm, and he explained my rationale on Sears perfectly. You should all realize that I learned to draw such conclusions from Herm, right here on this thread, and someone else brought S to the thread, so I can't take any credit for that. The charts are not always as clear as the one for S, but it's a good bet that it will move 20 points in one direction or another. I'm hoping for up. Scott
