IBSX is a winner. The guys running the show are well connected. This stock will be in the $ 20's by April $ 30's by July. Revenue driven, IBSX will purchase a least 3 ISP's this year. Look at the regional network they are setting up. They are calculated. Save the earnings for 2 years and explode when looking to get rolled up. It will happen this way. Realistically $ 45 before they go.
