Bob,

I need no convincing. I was responding to Walter's reference to inside information causing the upgrade. I don't think that an insider would upgrade a stock unless he wanted to dump. Why drive the price up if your buying?

I was just engaging in banal banter. I'm looking for a hell of a lot more than .35.
