Thanks K. From what I read, North Sea and others will get worse as the GOM may have turned. Carl Thorne (Ensco) did mention in his conference call that the turn around will be the quickest in GOM because it is the easiest to "get to". As I understood what he said....... The conference call is still available on their website, interesting if anyone hasnt heard it yet. It lasts 50 minutes.... steve
