I am not an elitist. I want to pull up the ones who are worse off. The elitists having an interest in things only means they will promote their own interests, not a good basis for a governmental system. If we give the have nots something to lose they will behave better and be more responsible. If the system denies them the chance to move up they will revolt against that system. Look at the wars in the big cities now. I trust someone who has a house, car, job, family more than I do someone who has nothing. So let everyone have at least that!
