Stockleader,

The reason is mainly that they purchased a company for 10 million
or so in cash.

Plus the loss..

From 10Q:
"On November 16, 1998, the Company completed the acquisition of
TxPort, Inc. ("TxPort"), from Acme-Cleveland Corporation. TxPort
is a manufacturer of high speed voice and data communications
products. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company paid
$10,000,000 in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding
shares of TxPort's common stock. The purchase price was determined
in an arms-length transaction and paid in cash out of the Company's
working capital"

Does that make any difference?
