Tony, About 50% of the equipment I've bought from Fry's was DOA. This includes 2 CD-ROM drives and a scanner. The returns line at Fry's is normally half an hour long. The fact that Fry's is selling junk motherboards should not be surprising. I am surprised that you would attribute the problems you were seeing to the CPU, without any further data. Scumbria
