To all shareholders of RMIL

I have seen talk about writting off your shares without selling them because the stock has been halted. And if and when the stock starts trading again you would have to claim all gains as profit since your tax basis would now be zero. I have tried to find information on this subject outside of SI for a different view point. If you would go to the following link and follow my first post and then just scroll down for the next 4 replies, I think you will get a good idea of the complex situation on determining what is a Worthless security. Read it carefully, just because a stock is halted, doesn't mean it is worthless in some circles. As always, get your own professional advice before you act. I thought this would give some outside views that might help. H Peterson
