I assume you are referring to their "Virtual Bear-Gram" service sent FREE via e-mail...they get no revenue here but lots of traffic to their web site (and free advertising)...obviously they hope that as folks send these free Virtual Bear-Grams to one another eventually someone will decide to order the real thing (an actual Bear-Gram) and those cost somewhere around $60 to $200 a piece !!!!
