Degauss it.

BUT it may be you had it before. A difference in lighting
can make a difference. ESPECIALLY if you're under flourescent
lignts. Are you?

Regardless of whether or not you had it all along, depending
on the monitor and vid card you may be able to up the vertical
refresh rate so the flicker goes away.
