It looks as if third quarter earnings will be reduced by 40 cents CDN per share charge for restructuring. Do you have any idea what the estimate number was going to be for the third quarter prior to the purchase? " Substantially all of the purchase price and costs of acquisition will be reflected as purchased technology (goodwill), and an evaluation of in-process R&D will be conducted to determine the extent of any one-time charges to be taken against income for U.S. GAAP purposes. Additionally, it is anticipated that a one-time restructuring charge, currently estimated at Cdn$2.7 million, will be taken against income during Perle's current third quarter to account for changes in accounting treatment of certain Specialix assets as well as one-time integration costs. "
