Edit: How 'bout - - if the Sun is nutty, and the Sun is bearish, then bears are nutty? No offense, you asked what it meant on a larger scale, and I am stumped. Kinda quaint, after predicting global chaos, it advises readers to stockpile three weeks of food, keep some cash in case the banks collapse, make sure their car is in working order and has a full gas tank, and keep a first aid kit. Seems a little inadequate.
