It is crazy to try to fight the PRST trend. I know someone who has
been trading this stock from the short side since it was $45 and
believe me he regrets it. When this stock moves up, the momentum
is just incredible. There are no offers to buy from when it gets going.
But on the down side there is alway opportunities to sell the stock.
This just proves that the hugh amounts of shorts in this stock will
support it until they have all been bought in or until there is something
wrong with the company.
I watch this stock very closely and am just amazed by the action in
it. I also know the options traders in this stock at the various
exchanges and they tell me there is someone who has been long
this stock since about $10 and is even now still buying. He is a
major player, not someone who buy 1000 shares but more lightly
10,000 to 20,000 shares.
You mention Newbridge early and you are right in that it declined
significantly from its highs. But it did not decline until it PE ration
was about 15 to 20. That just means that once NN earnings caught
up with its investors expectations, it was the top. I believe PRST
will be the same way. This stock will keep going up as long as the
expectations of earnings are there. But once this incredible growth
in earnings has materialized then expected growth will be lower and
that will mark the top in this stock. I believe once the PE is low
then that is the time to sell this stock.
