Max: With all due respect, i would find it very treacherous to go with stocks on the basis of insider selling, a very dangerous and dubious strategy. Insiders, as you well know, do sell because a company is tanking or something is seriously wrong and/or corrupt. it is a tough indicator, that should be used with considerable caution. I'm not saying this is the case with navr, but, conceivably, these insiders could be selling navr stock because they know problems are coming up with the timing of the ipo -- that is, it could be postponed once again ( god forbid! that would really hurl us to the depths)
