AMD has never stated they will price the K6-2 25% lower than the Celeron.

From the conference call, I got these notes. Vast majority above 350MHz. At least 34% above 400MHz.

While it isn't safe to take ASP info from the CC into account, I think it is safe to take production numbers from it.
