Mr. Toby, I wish only to weigh-in on PSUN's poison pill situation at this time... ...which is good for PSUN shareholders IMHO. When and if I change my opinion on this matter, I'll simply sell my shares. Sir Mathon, I can't agree that poison pills are good the the shareholders of any company. I think that you and I simply have to agree to disagree. But you're right on one thing, if I really don't like how this goes in the future, I can always sell my shares. Toby
