Well Jason I have followed suit and joined the ranks of SI for the sole purpose of congregating with other DEGA investors. Greetings Carver, Warren, and dacoola.

To answer the question about convertibles or preferred, DEGA currently has no preferred stock and no convertible bonds, and apparently no plans to issue any.
