Remember that if catalogue sales are converted to internet sales there is still a big savings in expense. Savings include reduced printing expense, reduced phone expense, and eliminated paid phone order takers. Thus in a well run company, conversion of sales to internet should lead to bottom line growth even if the top line stays the same, and PROG certainly appears to be well run.
