Imagin.Net Incorporated, Toy Retailer, Says it Will Be A Top-Of-List Company With
Toy Characters On Computer Games In 1999

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Dec. 16 -- In the last 10 years the world
has changed fast, and most toy companies have not changed
with it. That is the main reason Imagin.Net (OTC Bulletin Board: ITOY)
is in the process of carrying out its business plan, exploring various
opportunities that will enable it to achieve its goals. Industry sales
for educational software, such as toy characters on computer
games, jumped 24% from January to October, as traditional toy
sales fell 6%, according to NPD group statistics.
Imagin.Net is a toy manufacturer and distributor which creates
toys that are chip-equipped and hook into a PC; unlike other similar
types, the toys work with a special internet web, creating literally a
never-ending, always- growing toy for the child. Interaction with
the web improves the child's skills with wholesome play tools.
Other toy companies limit themselves to CD-ROM software;
Imagin.Net uses the vast power of the internet. The proprietary
technology of the delivery system allows ITOY different methods of
play and interaction -- simpler and less expensive than anyone
else. These are toys with extended life and versatility.
Management says it has received strong indications of licensing
interest from very large toy makers, and will definitely be more than
a one-trick pony in 1999.
