Thank you Alan. DCHT hasn't had adequate representation on the street or on the internet, and as a result has had a difficult time with their "image". It is that image that we now seek to redefine.
There is at least one individual on each of the DCHT threads on SI, Yahoo, and Raging Bull, that continues to slant, pervert, and otherwise seek to damage DCH Technology, thereby interfering with the free flow of information that the company needs in order to further itelf in the industry.
It is those people, including the Dr. Harvey's, that are no longer welcome on these and other DCHT threads. There is now sufficient case law on the books that protects companies and enjoins the facilitators, whereby SI itself is now subject to prosecution for allowing clear misrepresentation and defamatory practices that are designed to damage individuals and companies; for whatever the purpose.
It is this type of negative atention that we simply do not have the time nor the inclination to engage ourselves in.
All we are seeking is exactly what your post mentions at the end; true and accurate information, and assertions with solid foundations. That goes for both sides, pro and con.
Although we know that ultimately we cannot control what others do and say, we do know that individuals can be and are currently being prosecuted for this activity.
The internet can serve as a valuable tool to further one's interests and to attract business. Without going into specifics, the last two weeks of increased visibility, and the wider spread of news dessimination have led to relationships that may not have occured otherwise. As a result of the vast positives that can and do result from the use of the internet as a means of communication, we will continue to use it and to expand it's use.
Any help along those lines is very appreciated as I have stated before; this is not what I do for a living, and although it may appear otherwise this is not what I am paid for; but it is something that I enjoy and must be done. |
