David, You wrote that ABT will spend a lot of $ to defend many lawsuits. I am told that the lawsuits of same subject matter get bundled into one and the company only defends against the one.... I understand to that the costs of such after insurance is very small as to to be material to the bottom line... Have i eduacted you or are you educating me?
