Callme,

Can't even compare MDIH to WINR. MDIH is fully reporting and extremely profitable, WINR doesn't report so we don't know what their actual revenues and earnings (or losses) may be. MDIH has highly respected Arthur Andersen & Co as their auditors. WINR, who knows who their auditors are. Probably another of those local no-name accountants.

Just do the math on MDIH. Assuming they finish out the year the way they started (which they should be able to do just with their contracts in hand), they'll finish with $8+ million in revenues (up over 600%) and earnings in the $0.20 - $0.22 range, which give them a PE of 4. They already meet all qualifications for larger market listing except for stock price. This doesn't even factor in current and upcoming international ventures or their e-commerce venture that is about to commence.

ETPI - the worst is out. They had to restate 1997 year-end numbers and made several adjustments to the final quarter of 1998 to make up for incorrect accounting assumptions in the 1st two quarters of '98. They need to stop relying on press releases and start performing. They need to stop acquiring non-profitable properties by issuing tons of shares. They need to focus on whatever their core business is going to be, instead of trying to be everything to everyone. They need financing immediately to finish projects. They are stretched way, way too thin right now. I think they ought to bring in a stronger businessman to run the company (a chief operating officer) and a better CFO so Doug Butcher can concentrate on the entrepeneurial side of the business.

AETI - it's on a downtrend and I don't believe they are fully reporting (and the clock is ticking on OTC-BB companies to become fully reporting or lose their listing this year). They rarely come out with news, so it's hard to support a company that doesn't support itself. That's just a first glance, haven't really done a full blown analysis on it yet.
