Resistance in X's happens when an issue
comes to the same point several times
without exceeding that point...a DT
"double top" is small resistance...a
TT "triple top" greater resistance...
QT "quad top" even greater resistance...

21 < an X here breaks the resistance

Also, the greater the resistance, typically
the greater the powder keg and the greater
the move up after the resistance is broken.
