You've had an exciting life! I probably saw Sidlow but can't remember, although my brothers have him in the scrapbooks. I was once introduced to Billy Liddell when I was 16. I was in such awe I was speechless. I never stood in the Kop. I was at the game against Cardiff when Billy had a penalty saved, something that was very rare, and the goalie was Alf Ramsey, who stood in when their regular goalie was carried off injured. That was the game which relegated Liverpool to the Second Division, before the coming of the mighty Shankly.
