Fang, maybe you should stick with your biology major and forget about going for the MBA. I don't see you have what it takes either. But pretend that you had invested in some of the quality technology stocks for 3 years or more: Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, US Robotics. The appreciation of the first 3 is about 400% each, USRX is about 800%. Even in just 2 years, the results were excellent. Lynch wrote his best stocks were those he had bought 3 to 5 years before, not 6 - 12 months. Again, Fang, the first thing is patience, and I have to emphasize in case you missed what I write (and Lynch buys): quality stocks, technology or not. |
